High hygienic standards and internal inspections

Hygiene is given pride of place

chicken eggs are collected from breeder farms, where mature hens and roosters are kept together for reproduction. These eggs are carefully selected for quality and cleanliness. The collected eggs are sorted to remove any damaged or unsuitable ones. They are then cleaned to eliminate any contaminants. The cleaned eggs are placed in incubators, which are temperature and humidity-controlled machines. The incubators simulate the conditions under a broody hen, providing a consistent and ideal environment for embryonic development.

To ensure uniform development, the eggs are regularly turned within the incubators. This mimics the natural behavior of a broody hen who would shift her eggs regularly. The hatchery staff monitors the temperature, humidity, and other environmental factors closely to ensure that the eggs are developing correctly. They also check for any signs of contamination or disease. After approximately 21 days of incubation, the eggs hatch, and chicks emerge from their shells. At this point, they are referred to as "day-old chicks." The newly hatched chicks are carefully removed from the incubators and sorted based on health and quality criteria. They are typically vaccinated against common poultry diseases .
